Larry Myers, Jr., who was featured on Season 10 of “My 600-Lb. Life” in 2022, has died of a heart attack at his home in Texas.

The first transgender star of TLC’s “My 600-Lb Life,” Destinee LaShaee, has died at 30, according to a family statement.

Transgender activist and reality TV star Jazz Jennings posted an Instagram message admitting to having a binge eating disorder and undergoing a rapid, 100-pound weight gain.

“These colleagues are approving teenagers for hormone therapy, or even top surgery, without fully examining their mental health or the social and family influences that could be shaping their nascent sense of their gender identity,” the professionals say.
